Personal Coaching Agreement

between Exemplar Coaching (Pty) Ltd

(The Coach)

(The Client)

Before beginning a personal coaching partnership, please carefully review the terms of this agreement and confirm your understanding and acceptance by signing below.

I acknowledge that personal coaching is a collaborative relationship with my coach, aimed at helping me set and achieve both short- and long-term goals, which may pertain to various aspects of my life.

I accept full responsibility for my decisions and actions throughout this process and understand that I have the freedom to discontinue coaching at any time.

I am aware that coaching sessions will take place either in person or via Zoom. I commit to being punctual and prepared for each session and will inform my coach in advance of any scheduling changes.

I acknowledge that all payment arrangements will be agreed upon by both parties.

I understand that all coaching conversations are confidential and that my coach will not disclose any details of our discussions without my explicit consent.

I am aware that, for the purpose of coach credentialing, my name and contact details may be shared with the International Coach Federation or other recognised organisations, while the content of our coaching sessions will remain private.

I agree to share my personal information with Exemplar Coaching and their staff to be contacted for coaching purposes.
